Our core values
Take Pride
We take pride in our work because our name is on it. Every job, every system, every detail matters. We leave sites clean, systems running right and customers confident they called the right crew.
Work with Integrity
We do the right thing even when it’s not the easy thing. That means being honest, owning mistakes and standing behind our work. Our word matters—and we keep it.
Focus on Quality
Quality isn’t optional—it’s the standard. We don’t rush, we don’t cut corners and we don’t settle for “good enough.” If it’s not done right, it’s not done.
Play as a team
Great work doesn’t happen alone. We watch out for each other, communicate clearly and get the job done together. When one of us succeeds, we all do.
Pass It On…
The trade doesn’t stop with us. We believe in teaching, mentoring and passing down hard-earned knowledge to the next generation of skilled tradespeople so the work—and the standards—stay strong.
Commercial Know-How. Residential Care.
We bring the care and detail of large commercial work into every home we touch.
family owned & Operated since 1986
Founded in 1986 by Terry Dudley and Maurice White, D&W Mechanical was built on hard work, strong relationships, and a commitment to taking care of customers. From the beginning, we’ve understood that great service starts with great people—which is why hiring, training, and supporting our team remain at the heart of what we do.
Today, owners David Dudley and Jack Ocobock Jr. proudly carry those values forward, leading the next generation of D&W Mechanical. With deep family roots and a skilled, dedicated team, we remain committed to quality workmanship, dependable service, and lasting relationships with our customers and community.
“The team at D&W Mechanical went above and beyond our expectations in helping with our heating and cooling needs…We couldn't be more impressed with their customer service, their communication, fast service and willingness to help. We are super grateful and will be customers for life.”
