D&W Mechanical is a family-owned heating and cooling company based in Traverse City, serving homes, businesses and job sites across Northern Michigan. With over 40 years of real-world HVAC and plumbing experience, we’ve built a reputation for taking on the jobs others can’t—or won’t. When systems are complicated, poorly designed or flat-out messed up, we’re the ones people call to fix it.

Founded in 1986 by Terry Dudley and Maurice White, D&W Mechanical began this incredible journey using traditional business values and care for customer experience. We recognized early on that we are only as good as our employees that serve our customers. This led us to hire, train and retain the very best people in our industry.
Today, along with the current owners, Terry Dudley and Jack Ocobock (And their sons!), these core values still lead us all to be the best at what we do. We’re proud that our team is made up of 10 father/son duos….not just the sons of our owners!
